About our DJ: KWEEN KAY$H is a queer black womxn and DJ from Seattle, WA. She comes from a band, theatre, and choir background originating in grade school from which those influences drove her passion for music. DJ KWEEN KAY$H is never afraid to change the direction of the music she spins and challenges her crowd to do the same. She pulls from a diverse set of genres and translates that into a unique set every time. Her desire and continued mission is to continue to support, uplift and heal her community through the avenue of music.

About the host: Roxana Pardo Garcia aka La Roxay is a self-identifying Hood Intellectual Xingona who was born and raised on occupied Coast Salish Territory. Roxana is the Founder, Cultural Worker, and Certified Xingona of two small businesses, La Roxay Productions and Hood Intellectual Xingona. She is also the Co-Founder and Project Lead of Alimentando al Pueblo. She was named one of Seattle Times 2020 Heroes and the 2020 Burien Citizen of the Year.
